Martin has been involved in the UK and European accident repair industry since 1991. His introduction to the market was part of the management team of BodyMaster, following its merger with his own IT Sales organisation.

In 1997, he moved to EurotaxGlass’s following the acquisition of BodyMaster where he held a number of senior sales, marketing and strategic positions.

After 6 successful years as Managing Director of Motorcare Services in the UK Martin left to set up Blink Management Limited.

Martin sits on various committees and is also the founder of the EAST (Estimator Accreditation & System Transparency) initiative in the UK.

Peter Elsdon

With over 16 years business analysis and consulting experience, 10 within IBM Business Consulting, Peter is a business transformation leader with extensive experience in business improvement primarily using core business analysis, information management and business / enterprise architecture principles.
Peter operates from strategic business and IT alignment planning, through to hands on complex business analysis, identifying key issues, needs qualification, requirements elicitation, ‘to-be’ state operational and process models and the definition of roadmaps and governance to deliver business aligned capabilities.

Certified as a Business Transformation Consultant in 2002, specialising in Business Analysis, Operational Improvement and Optimisation, Enterprise Document Management (EDM) and Enterprise Architecture.
